Junior Business Development Manager Hybrid

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Junior Business Development Manager’s mission is to develop new business opportunities through the required sales action and expand business in the legal and finance markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve set sales goals, targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis.
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, using sales techniques to cross sell and up-sell.
• Determine sales potential for new and existing customers through inquiry, observation, or research.
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations of services to new and existing customers.
• Maintain CRM at all times with unwavering discipline.
• Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to company’s requirements for customer and transaction profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or management
• 2+ yrs. Sales experience in translation and localization industry
• Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working experience with sales techniques
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources
• Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce, Insightly)
• Ability to deliver presentations
